Video display using Apple Quicktime


This page utilises Apple Quicktime to display the video stream. The bandwidth used is dramatically less than the "default" javascript and may give you a smoother view if your download speed is very low. The drawback is that the CPU is doing more work in order to decode the compressed video.

Please note:
If you get a black band at the bottom of the video where the controls usually get displayed then I strongly suspect that you are using a 64bit version of Windows. I understand that Apple do not support the Quicktime software if running under a 64bit Windows install. We live in hope that they may wake up to the fact that not all people use OSX or 32bit Windows!
Interestingly you can click on the controls if you know where to click, they just aren't visible!
